Annotation
The comparison of the story “The Death of Ivan Ilyich” by L. Tolstoy and the play “The Death of Ilya Ilyich” by M. Ugarov demonstrates the general plan of works through the aspects of the naming of the action and motifs. It affects such images, as the doctor, the servant and the subject details. The works have a comprehensive metaphorical enlighting not only the naming of life and death, as well as the multifocused problem of deploying the physical and mental illness as self-understanding.
