Annotation

V.V. Vinogradov, S.J. Ozhegov, M.V. Panov determined this period as a great change in Russian standard pronunciation. The educated people turned during hundred years from a nearly letter aloud reading to Moscow pronunciation, almost everyday speech. Rules of orthoepy textbooks as and maxims of Russian rhyme in verses that keep the order persistent from XVIII th century can not be sole sources for objective estimations of orthoepy that times. It’s clear: Russian orthoepy from your bearing up today because by historical reasons became in an arena of fierce debates which not know neither lexicology nor grammar.
