Linguistics

Authors

  • Avina Natalia PhD in Philology, Associate Professor

Annotation

The article looks into variations in foreign nominations in the environment which fosters linguistic contacts. The article further analyses phonemic and graphic variations as well as world-formation synonyms featured in Russian newspapers. Variations in similar foreign nominations stem from the very process of their adaptation in a language.
