Annotation

The occurrence of Humboldt's the relative theory of language and its development by I.L. Waisgerber, E. Sepir and B.Li. Uorf meant that linguistics has reached a level of the theory of relativity after geometry (N. Lobachevsky), logic (N. Vasilev), chemistry (N. Butlerov and D. Mendeleyev) and physics (A. Einstein) — the top of scientific character.
