Annotation

The article deals with speech dynamics, causes and factors of modern linguistic changes and language development. Modern Russian language, modern speech in the context of literary standard as well as linguistic necessity are considered. Linguistic necessity is defined as the main phenomenon of language existence and language evolution. In the case of real innovation linguistic necessity should be extensive and general. Linguistic necessities interact with each other. Structural and semantic indications of speech changes are presented as well. The condi- tion and characterize communicative and systematic character of changes. Comparative chart- acteristics of active processes in Modern Russian language are described.
