Annotation

Discovery of zero units transforms any science into more developed one. I. A. Boduen de Courtenay discovered zero units in linguistics in the 19th century. These are zero suffixes and elections. The article argues in favor of two more classes of zero units in Russian. These are a zero prefix in verbs, which is traditionally referred to as two-specific, and zero conjunctions in sen- tences, which traditionally are referred to as asyndetic.
