Annotation

This article discusses the possibility of theming elements of utterances in the spoken discourse of German and Russian languages. Theming is considered as the process of bringing the noun into preposition or postposition if in the structure there are statements including a personal pronoun or noun of general semantics. This redundancy is justified from the positions of psychology of the speaker and connected with its communication facilities. Theming is universal, that is proved by the presence of identical structures, in particular, in Russian and German languages.
